law firm for 8 years, where she spent 13 years practicing, heading up a department and founding and managing their Johannesburg
and Durban branches.

After serving as a partner in a reputable medium-sized law firm, Ntombi Mlambo, the Founder and Managing Director, felt the desire to start her own law firm. This led to the creation of Mlambo & Associates. Mlambo & Associates provides a broad range of services primarily in the financial services industry and is located in the major cities of Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town respectively. The law firm currently employs 9 staff members and is supported by trusted consultants who share the same values as them. Collectively, the team have over 30 years’ experience in the legal industry.
